Delete your Frezzy account
Request deletion of your Frezzy account and associated data by email. This request is handled by our support team; it does not delete your account automatically.
Email rgpd@diaple.com and include a non-secret identifier, such as your visible Frezzy name and household name. Never send a password or recovery code. We may ask for proportionate verification if needed.
From receipt of your request, account access is disabled and active account data is deleted or anonymized within seven days of receiving the request. Isolated backup copies are purged by day 30 and are not used to restore your account unless you ask us to. Technical logs are retained for one month from generation; support emails are retained for one month from receipt.
If other household members remain, shared household data is kept and ownership will transfer to another member. Household data is deleted or anonymized when all members have requested deletion. This email is the web request path; it does not delete your account automatically.
